CONFECTIONERY CREAM
This professional plant-based cream is specifically designed for making cakes, pastries, and desserts. It features a delicate texture that whips easily into a fluffy consistency while maintaining its shape and stability. This cream is versatile and pairs well with various ingredients such as jam, condensed milk, and gels, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of sweet creations.

• Easy alternative to natural cream
• Can be combined with syrups, water, lemon juice, and acids

• Holds shape well — no collapse or separation

Application Technology:
• Chill to +2 to +6 °C before whipping
• Whip for 3–4 minutes on medium speed, then switch to high speed until the desired consistency is reached
Storage Conditions:
• Unopened: Up to 3 months at 0 to +4 °C
• Opened: Up to 7 days at 0 to +6 °C
• Finished products with cream: Stable for up to 120 hours at +2 to +6 °C

WHIPPING PASTE
Innovative emulsified gel with high whipping capacity, designed for efficient confectionery production.
Key Benefits:
Reduces the usage of melange and other ingredients
Cuts whipping time down to 5–7 minutes
Allows all components to be blended simultaneously
Delivers a uniform, airy dough structure
Extends shelf life by 2–3 times

Recommended Dosage:
• Sponge cakes: 1.0–1.2%
• Pound cakes: 0.8–1.0%
Applications:
Ideal for use in sponge cakes, rolls, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, and loaf cakes.

Thick, homogeneous mass in polyethylene packaging, net weight 10 kg
Shelf life:
6 months at a temperature: 0 to +25 °C
OLIDEK
A specialized emulsifier for greasing baking sheets and transport forms in industrial baking.
Key Benefits:
Adheres firmly to surfaces without running down the sides
Forms a stable film that withstands high baking temperatures
Does not mix with dough and does not affect the aroma or flavor of the finished product
Does not carbonize or create black residue on sheets and pans
One application is sufficient for 3–6 wheat bakes or 2–4 rye bakes without re-greasing
Promotes the formation of an even, golden-brown crust

Apply manually or mechanically by spraying.
Before first use, new pans should be preheated (250–270 °C, 30 min).
To form a high-quality film, apply OLIDEK to both sides of the pan, then bake at 220–230 °C.
Repeat application only when necessary.
Before re-use, clean the pans with a sodium hydroxide solution and rinse with warm water.
Packaging: plastic canisters, 10 kg.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Storage conditions: from +5 °C to +25 °C (do not freeze!).
